Before beginning our social media strategy development, we conducted a market research survey using our Gen Z community, to help the brand co-create its products alongside its target audience, and get live feedback from them.
We created and executed qualitative market research with 30 participants with the brand’s ideal customer profile, receiving deep-dive responses and insights giving the brand their opinions on the products, messaging, social impact initiatives, and more.
Social Strategy + Content Creation
We developed the full social media strategy for the brand, identifying the best growth channel opportunities, content pillars, influencer strategy, target audience analysis, competitor analysis, and social listening strategy for them, in order to connect with their audience in a meaningful way and reach their brand goals.
We then kickstarted its social media presence through content creation and social media management.
